Workout #4

Assalamualaikum,

Macam biasa, kalau tengok title dah bole tau dah apa isi entry nih. Saya nak update workout activity saya bagi week 4 (haishh, dah nak masuk sebulan dah..kejap jek...harap-harap dapat turun 2 kg within a month of workout..huhu).

Isnin (30/05/2011)
treadmill; distance = 2km, time = 25mins, calori = 165
exercise bike; distance = 4.00km, time = 30mins, calori = 261
leg extension; 3 sets (10 times/ set)


Selasa (31/05/2011)
tak pergi gym, exercise kat rumah sajek.

Jillian Micheals workout; time = 30mins (Level 1)

Menu; breakfast = skipped (sebab saya cuti dan bangun lambat :P )
           lunch = nasik separuh, ayam masak merah & sayur campur
           snack = almond
           dinner = yogurt & almond

Rabu (01/06/2011)
elliptical; distance = 2km; time = 15min; calori = 130
exercise bike; distance = 2.2km; time = 15min; calori = 145
leg extension; 5 sets (10 times/ set)

Menu; breakfast = bihun goreng & telur goreng, buah ciku
          lunch = 1 set of fish & chip
         snack = almond (10 pcs before workout) & 1 mug of plain water
          dinner = apple & almond

  2. hikari: hehe..truskan misi awk..sy nih weekend arituh pergi kenduri sambil bercuti di terengganu, balik smlm naik penimbang tgk berat naik balik!arghh!
